Portfolio Evaluation for 4+ Students

📚 Homeschool Evaluation Service Description Before our meeting begins, please have a completed portfolio ready for each student. You’re welcome to present it in the format that works best for your family. Some parents choose to: Share the portfolio on camera during our meeting Email it to me in advance (at least 24 hours before our scheduled time) Use a private website or Facebook group to organize and showcase their homeschool year The format is up to you! I’ve seen all kinds of creative approaches—what matters most is that it reflects your child’s learning. 👧 Student Participation Your children must be present during the meeting. They can either: Share their own portfolio, or Sit with you while you share it on their behalf I’ll likely ask each student a few simple, fun, and engaging questions about their homeschool year. There’s no need to worry—this is a relaxed and encouraging conversation. Each evaluation typically takes 15–20 minutes per child, and you're welcome to ask questions throughout the process. 📩 After the Meeting Once our meeting is complete, I’ll fill out your official evaluation form and email it to you promptly. 💵 Payment Information I accept: ✔️ Zelle or Cash App (preferred) ✔️ PayPal ✔️ Venmo ✔️ Check Want to pay later?
