1 Hour Portfolio Evaluation

This session is for 1 - 4 students for 1 hour block. During this session, you should have time to present your portfolio as well as ask homeschool-related questions. This session is great for first-year homeschoolers, homeschool families that need guidance, families with questions or just want to take more time. ✅ What to Know Before Your Homeschool Evaluation Thank you for booking a homeschool evaluation! Here are a few important things to prepare before our meeting: 📁 Portfolio Preparation Please have a completed portfolio ready for each student. You’re welcome to present the portfolios in whatever format works best for your family. Here are some common options: Show it on camera during our meeting Email it to me in advance (preferred: at least 24 hours before our meeting) Share a private website or Facebook group you’ve created as a portfolio Feel free to get creative—portfolios are a great way to celebrate your homeschool year! 📧 If emailing your portfolio: Please send it to me at least 24 hours in advance so I can review it before we meet. 👩‍🏫 Student Participation Each child should be present during the evaluation. They can either: Share their portfolio directly, or Be present while you (the parent) share on their behalf I’ll likely ask each student a few simple and engaging questions about their homeschool year—nothing to stress over! These are fun and conversational. 📄 After the Meeting At the end of our meeting, I’ll complete your evaluation form and email it to you promptly. 💵 Payment Information I accept: zelle or Cash App (preferred) PayPal Venmo Check How to pay later: When booking your appointment, select “Manual Payment” during checkout. This will confirm your time without taking payment immediately. Rates (per family): $60 for 1 student $110 for 2 students $120 for 3 students $160 for 4 students If you have any questions before we meet, don’t hesitate to reach out.
